The organization has scaled rapidly over the past 18 months and continues to build out its global footprint, supported by talent joining from leading hedge funds, trading firms, fintechs, and top global banks.
The firm is seeking a Prime Risk professional to help design and enhance the risk framework for its multi‑asset business. This role focuses on researching and building margin and stress‑testing methodologies across:
• Equities
• Fixed income
• Futures
• Options
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance margin models for equities, fixed income, futures, and options, including portfolio based methodologies and scenario driven frameworks
• Evaluate counterparty credit quality, perform ongoing due diligence, and recommend exposure limits based on both quantitative and qualitative factors
• Monitor daily market, credit, and liquidity risk, identifying abnormal exposures, large P&L swings, concentration issues, or collateral shortfalls
• Collaborate with operations, technology, and product teams to support new product launches, clearing integrations, trading workflows, and system enhancements
• Investigate and resolve risk exceptions, working across the front-, middle-, and back office to ensure timely follow up and escalation
• Provide quantitative support for internal projects, including model validation, back testing, benchmarking, and performance analysis
What We're Looking For
• 3-10 years of relevant experience in prime brokerage, clearing, or financing
• Strong understanding of Equity PB, Delta‑1, repo, futures clearing, or FXPB
• Solid quantitative skills with hands‑on modeling experience
• Proficiency in Python
